When attempting to access a Brillium account, the web browser may display the following message:
{"model": ["Your token is not valid anymore. Please go to your default URL and
login again."]}Common Reasons for the Error
This message generally indicates that the sign-in token associated with the opened page is no longer valid. The most common reasons are:
- most commonly this occurs using a web browser bookmark that points to an intermediate authentication page rather than the main account entry point.
- selecting an expired login link
How to Resolve the Issue
To resolve the error, update any web browser bookmarks to open the proper Brillium account URL and sign in again from there. The Brillium account URL is typically in the form: https://yoursubdomain.onlinetests.app
If you don't know which URL to use, check your original Brillium account welcome email or contact your Brillium administrator.
Once you reach the correct sign-in page, enter your login credentials to start a new session.
