LTI Background

LTI is a standard developed by IMS Global that allows you to integrate third-party resources into the Brillium platform in a secure and seamless way. In just a few steps you can enable Brillium to include LTI links in the courses within your Learning Management System ("LMS"). LTI enables users to move smoothly between the LMS and Brillium without having to leave the LMS. Additionally, it allows a secure exchange of information to ensure a cohesive experience for users.

LTI was designed to expand the capabilities of LMSs and pave the way towards a plug-and-play, future-ready digital learning ecosystem.

VERSION SUPPORT

Brillium only supports the latest of LTI which is currently version 1.3 of LTI standards which is not backwards compatible.
