Getting the most out of the platform means preparing your workspace for the unique use-case and workflow intended. One of the first steps a new user should take is to set the Brillium Account Workspace. The Account Workspace is the first workspace created in Brillium, and serves as the administrative account that can create additional Workspaces.

It is recommended that new users update the Account Profile, change the Password, and customize the Workspace.

Update Account Profile

  1. Select the Profile icon
  2. Select Settings
  3. Review the Contact Settings
NOTE  The email address listed is used for support assistance, Brillium platform event notices, administrator message notifications.

Change Account Password

  1. Select the Profile icon
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Password tab
  4. Enter the Current Password
  5. Enter a New Password and confirm it
  6. Select Save
NOTE  It is strongly encouraged to change the password immediately upon workspace activation in accordance with your organization's password policy.

Customize Workspace

  1. Select the Profile icon
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select the Customize tab
  4. Select the appropriate Time Zone
