Select Questions/Topic for Practice Tests

Currently, practice tests are structured with specific questions and answers that apply to all respondents. A more fluid method (possibly) would be one where the test taker can select the question topics and/or question categories to answer in a practice test.

Specifically, this functionality would better meet the needs for learners/students that desire access to specific practice test topics and/or questions, in order to improve specific knowledge areas. Test takers could pick and choose the question categories they would receive during each practice test?

As an example, learners can choose questions that challenge certain concepts/topics. The test-taker could also select the number of questions to answer during such a practice test.

A key question is how this might be limited? For example, a single test taker could theoretically repeat the same test hundreds of times, which would generate significant data, but also reveal all questions over time if the assessment was randomized.
