Files in Brillium encompass a variety of common document formats, including images, documents, multimedia files, and more, that can be uploaded and utilized within Brillium assessments.
The Brillium File Manager provides the ability to create folders and upload images, sounds, videos, multimedia files, and other common document formats to these folders.
Currently, the supported file types include images in GIF, JPEG, or PNG formats, Adobe Acrobat (PDF files), and Microsoft Office (DOC, XLS, PPT files)..
| Note: Brillium assessments don’t require files to be uploaded or hosted within the platform. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo can be embedded using a link, and Brillium also supports Iframe embedding for external objects. |
Shared Resources Folder
The Shared Resources folder is a “public” folder within your account Workspace hierarchy. These files are meant to be shared between workspaces within an organization, irrespective of access privileges. This feature is particularly useful when a Brillium user uses the same files across workspaces, such as logos, videos, or legal documents.
