Login and Access Brillium for the First Time

Once an administrator creates a new user for access to a Brillium application from the Administrator console, an email will automatically be sent to the new user. This email will contain important new user information that includes the username and a temporary password.

NOTE: Brillium Application Website Address (URL)

The Brillium application website address (Brillium application URL) will be selected by new users in one of two ways:

1. Upon signing up for a free trial or purchasing a new Brillium subscription, you select your Brillium account URL. This URL is usually in the form: https://yourcompany.onlinetests.app, but it can be any available sub-domain.
2. Users with an existing account can obtain the Brillium account URL by contacting the Brillium Administrator for their organization.

Accessing an Account for the First Time

1. Prior to accessing Brillium for the first time, a temporary password will be sent to you in a new user email.
2. Use the temporary password provided in the new user email to login to the account for the first time.
3. When a temporary password is entered during the first login, new users will be prompted to change their password and create a personal password. It is recommended that the temporary password be manually entered as some email clients can cause issues when using copy/paste (see important notes below).
4. Use the personal password for subsequent access to Brillium.
