Once an administrator creates a new user for access to a Brillium application from the Administrator console, an email will automatically be sent to the new user. This email will contain important new user information that includes the username and a temporary password.
NOTE: Brillium Application Website Address (URL)
The Brillium application website address (Brillium application URL) will be selected by new users in one of two ways:
- Upon signing up for a free trial or purchasing a new Brillium subscription, you select your Brillium account URL. This URL is usually in the form: https://yourcompany.onlinetests.app, but it can be any available sub-domain.
- Users with an existing account can obtain the Brillium account URL by contacting the Brillium Administrator for their organization.
Accessing an Account for the First Time
- Prior to accessing Brillium for the first time, a temporary password will be sent to you in a new user email.
- Use the temporary password provided in the new user email to login to the account for the first time.
- When a temporary password is entered during the first login, new users will be prompted to change their password and create a personal password. It is recommended that the temporary password be manually entered as some email clients can cause issues when using copy/paste (see important notes below).
- Use the personal password for subsequent access to Brillium.
Important Tips: To ensure user security, temporary passwords are only valid for 7 days. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you log in to your account as soon as possible and set a personal password.
