Change Your Login Email Address in Brillium

If you need to update the email address associated with your Brillium account, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access Your Profile

• Click the Profile icon located at the top of the screen.

Open Email Settings

• On the Profile screen, click the ellipsis icon (three dots).
• Select “Change Email” from the dropdown menu.

Enter New Email Information

• You’ll be prompted to enter your current email address and your new email address.
• Confirm your new email address by entering it again.
• Click the Change Email button.

Check Your Inbox

You will receive two emails:

• A confirmation email sent to your old email address, confirming the change.
• A temporary password email sent to your new email address.

Log In with New Credentials

• Use your new email address and the temporary password to log in.
• Set Your New Password
• When prompted, enter and confirm your new password to complete the update.
