Choose the type of assessment report you would like to view and/or print, modify the default instructions, if desired, and then click the Submit button to generate the report.
The Blank Assessment Report displays only the assessment questions and possible answer choices, with no answer key. Choose this type of report to provide test takers with paper versions of the assessment. The Assessment Answer Report prints a copy of the assessment in its entirety, with all correct answers indicated. This can be very helpful when reviewing an assessment for accuracy.
The default instructions can be modified prior to running the report. You can type directly into the text field, or click the Rich Text Editor icon for more formatting options.
Choose whether to include or omit the explanatory text you have the option of providing with each question, i.e., the explanations that help respondents learn why an answer is correct or incorrect.
