From the Copy Assessment screen, you can copy the contents of the chosen assessment to either create a new, duplicate assessment, or to append the contents to an existing assessment in which no results exist.
Note: Copying an assessment will duplicate the settings, content, and structure, but not the respondent records. All new copies of an assessment start with zero results.
To copy an assessment for the purpose of creating a new assessment, click the Create a New Assessment radio button, and click Submit. This will open a second page. From the Destination Account dropdown, select the account in which the new assessment will reside, enter a unique Assessment ID, and click the Submit button to make the copy.
To copy an assessment for the purpose of adding the content onto an existing assessment, click the Append to Existing Assessment radio button, and click Submit. This will open a second page. From the Append to Assessment dropdown, select the Assessment ID of the existing assessment to which the new one will be added, and click the Submit button. Please note that only assessments that are within the list of assessments you have access to and are without results will appear in the dropdown.
