Administration Account Listing

This page provides a list of all the accounts within your Brillium installation with the following information for each: Account ID and Name, quantity of assessments owned, date created, and the date it was last modified by an administrator. Click the sorting icon at the top of any column to sort data by that particular information.

The Action column to the right presents the following options:

Enter - Use this to access the account Home page in the same way as if you had provided the Account ID and Password on the standard sign-in page.

Edit - Click the Edit button to access the Edit Account page, from where you can change certain account settings typically unavailable through the standard authoring interface, including the amount of Resource Diskspace allotted to the account and the Maximum File Size.

Admin - A green "Admin" button indicates that an account has rights to administer the installation. Clicking this button will toggle it to "Not Admin," which means the account will then not have rights to administer the installation.

Not Admin - A red "Not Admin" button indicates that an account does not have rights to administer the installation. Clicking this button will toggle it to "Admin," which means the account will then have rights to administer the installation.

Note: Having rights to administer the installation means that the System Administration button will appear on the Account Control Panel of the account Home page. Clicking that button will bring up the Administration Statistics page and the Admin Control Panel.
