Sub-Account Manager

The Sub-Account Manager screen presents a tree-view of accounts, with the parent account at the top, all subordinate sub-accounts beneath it, and the number of assessments owned by each account in parentheses to the right. The Active Account, which is the account you are currently viewing, is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you enter a sub-account, it becomes the Active Account, and the account you originally signed into and have security privileges for is displayed as the Rights Account. You may return to the Rights Account at any time by merely clicking its name. It will then be displayed once again as the Active Account.

Right click an account to do any of the following, keeping in mind that you can only perform actions that the Rights Account you are using has been assigned the privilege to do: enter the account (so as to edit or delete it), add a new sub-account (making the sub-account you clicked its "parent" account), copy or rename the account, change the security settings, or edit the access it has to assessments in other accounts. For more information related to any of these actions, access more specific context help by selecting the action and then clicking the question mark icon on the page it opens.

You also have the ability to drag-and-drop a sub-account in order to change its parent account.

WARNING: Some of the actions you can perform on this page will affect users of the sub-accounts you work with. For example, renaming a sub-account will prevent a user from entering that sub-account with the old Account ID. For that reason it is important that you communicate any changes made to sub-accounts to users who will be affected by those changes.
