Views:
There are two ways to invite a Candidate for a Job Position:
 
  1. From the Job Position listing
    1. The recruiter can select an existing Candidate (with the preferred language that matches the Job Position language). The recruiter can search for a Candidate by First Name, Last Name, Email, or Reference ID
    2. The recruiter can add a new Candidate, or select an existing candidate (preferred language will be pre-populated to match the Job Position language)
  2. From the Candidates listing
    1. The recruiter can select and existing Candidate (with the preferred language that matches the Job Position language).
 

Send Invitation from Job Positions

  1. Select Job Positions from the menu
  2. Under Actions, select the Invite Candidate icon
  3. -OR- Select the Job Position to view details, and select Invite Candidate icon
  4. Select an existing candidate from the dropdown 
  5. -OR- Select Add new candidate, and enter the required fields
  6. Select Save to send the invitation

Within a Job Position, the Invitation listing can be viewed in the Invitations tab for a Job Position. This tab will display all Candidates invited for the selected Job Position, along with their Status and Result (if applicable).

 

Send Invitation from Candidates 

  1. Select Candidate from the menu
  2. Under Actions, select the Invite Candidate icon
  3. Select a Job Position from the dropdown
  4. Select Save to send the invitation

For a Candidate, Invitation listings can be viewed in the Invitations tab for a candidate. This tab will display all Job Positions the Candidate as been invited to, along with their Status and Result (if applicable).

 

Note

If past the Open Date of a Job Position, the Invitation will be sent to the Candidate within one hour of the Invitation being created. If the Open Date of the Job Position is in the future, the Invitation will be sent to the Candidate on that date.
 

Caution

Deleting an Invitation will disable the link associated with it. This action cannot be undone.
