Returning a respondent to previous results allows them to view their results at any time after completing an assessment. This option also allows the respondent to access both their assessment review and any certificate they may have earned
This method will create an Email template that includes a link, that when clicked, can return Respondents to a previous assessment results.
The first step, is to create an Email template by copying one that is "almost" where we want it to be.
Create Duplicate
- From the Menu select Templates
- Locate Default Results Summary - Respondent Email
- Select the Copy icon
- Enter a New Email Template Name
- Select Duplicate
The next step is to format the Email template to includes the link to the Respondent's assessment result.
Format
- Locate the duplicated email template beneath Custom Email Templates
- Select the Edit icon
- Complete the necessary fields in the Email Template
- Select HTML for Format
- Construct the Body as needed with the desired Dynamic Fields
- Enter the following link, with your organization's subdomain in the Body section:
https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.onlinetests.app/assess.aspx?a=U1&guid=[GUID]
- Select Save

Next, we assign the Email Template to the assessment.
Assign
- From the Menu select Assessments
- Select the assessment to associate with the email template
- Select the Notifications tab
- For Results Template, select the email template created
- Select Save
Since we want Respondents to return to the Score summary screen, we want to prevent them from selecting the logout button on the Summary Screen. This ensures the score is available for viewing.
Logout Preference
- While still in the same assessment, select the Requirements tab
- Locate the Assessment Logout Options towards the bottom
- For Button Action select Hide Button
- Select Save
