Whether you wish to transfer the account administrative responsibility to another individual in your organizations or you've sold your business, these steps will guide you through the process.
Transfer a Brillium Account to Another Individual or Organization
- Log in to the Primary Workspace (typically the first one created, also the administrator workspace)
- Select the User Profile icon.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Update the contact organization name, contact name and email address for the new administrator
- Save the changes
Update Brillium Billing Information
- Contact Brillium Support to request a transfer of billing contact, providing us with the following:
- Confirmation that you have transferred ownership of the account
- The Organization name, Address, Contact name, and Email address of the individual that will assume billing responsibility
- Once we receive the new billing information, we will contact them with information to setup a new billing account
