Whether you wish to transfer the account administrative responsibility to another individual in your organizations or you've sold your business, these steps will guide you through the process.

Transfer a Brillium Account to Another Individual or Organization

  1. Log in to the Primary Workspace (typically the first one created, also the administrator workspace)
  2. Select the User Profile icon.
  3. Select Settings from the drop-down menu
  4. Update the contact organization name, contact name and email address for the new administrator
  5. Save the changes 

Update Brillium Billing Information

  1. Contact Brillium Support to request a transfer of billing contact, providing us with the following:
    1. Confirmation that you have transferred ownership of the account
    2. The Organization name, Address, Contact name, and Email address of the individual that will assume billing responsibility
  2. Once we receive the new billing information, we will contact them with information to setup a new billing account
